Free CE Credit Course

We are offering a free CE Credit Course on September 21st. The topic of this event is ethics. Our event is at Athena Restaurant which is located at 212 S. Halsted Street. This event is from 12:30-3:30 pm and you must attend the entire event in order to receive your credit. This course will help you build a solid ethical foundation. The Annual Alsip Chamber of Commerce Auction and SERVPRO

This annual auction finds the team of SERVPRO of Hyde Park / E. Bridgeport / Bronzeville always excited to participate. Through this event, our objective is to give back to our communities in a meaningful manner. A profitable Alsip Chamber of Commerce auction enables the continuation of programs like the Alsip Scholarship Program, Partners in Progress Awards, education classes, and energizing our local businesses. Our team is proud to network with the Chamber to make our area grow and prosper.

Alsip Fire Department Open House

Patricia Zubricki, the owner of SERVPRO of Hyde Park / E. Bridgeport / Bronzeville, attended the Alsip Fire Department Open House. Patricia has been attending the event for the past five years. Local Business Supports The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn

The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn Board Members accept a donation for $1,000. from Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers at their recent grand opening. Adding to their generosity, Raising Cane's also received commitments from 20 employees to volunteer for 3 hours at the Children's Museum. The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn is a place for families to learn, explore and soar together. It's a place for children to be creative, role play and build.  It's a place for discovery, learning and fun. The Children's Museum in Oak Lawn is a stand alone 501(c)3 non-profit organization. They truly appreciate the support from the local business community. 2017 Booklet Sale for Children's Museum

Last weekend, Patricia Zubricki, participated in the Children’s Museum Booklet Sale at Carson’s in the Chicago Ridge Mall. The event was to raise money towards the museum where Patricia is a board member. One hundred percent of the sales went to the museum. We would like to say thank you to Carson’s for their generosity. The Community Days Booklets are still on sale if you are interested in purchasing one. Please contact the Children’s museum for more information.

Large Audience at our Ethics CE Class

We had another great turnout for our free Continuing Education Class in Ethics for the Insurance Industry at the Camelot Banquet Center in Hickory Hills, last Friday.  This year there were 70 insurance industry professionals in attendance, primarily agents and adjusters.  Visit our website for postings about future classes, or call our office if you'd like to be added to the waiting list.

SERVPRO of Hyde Park / E. Bridgeport / Bronzeville participated in the Halloween spirit with our annual Halloween Coloring Contest. We were very excited to see all the entries this year. Our local team is dedicated to responding immediately to commercial or residential water, fire or mold damage needs.

2016 YMCA Risk Management Conference

At this year's YMCA Risk Management Conference held in Chicago, Pat Zubricki and the SERVPRO team were a sponsor. This 3 day event included 15 different Risk Management/Safety Sessions and an excellent opportunity to network. At SERVPRO, we are proud to support our local community and the YMCA.  The conference title this year was ‘Plan. Prepare. Protect'. Open House at the Alsip Fire Department

During the Alsip Fire Department Open House at Firehouse #2 the SERVPRO of Hyde Park/E. Bridgeport/Bronzeville family crew was passing out sticker books and candy to all the children who attended this event. Pictured are Samantha  on the left, then Evelyn and Kailee.  Even with all the fun, emphasis was placed on fire safety for all the residents of our neighborhoods. We are honored and proud to do our part to make every home a safe haven.

The Association of Condominiums, Townhouses, and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA) enjoyed their South Expo event at the Tinley Park Convention Center. This is a top Midwestern meeting and convention destination. The exchange of ideas, concepts and even classes filled the day. Owner Pat Zubricki and Ed Kowalski, Business Development Manager, from SERVPRO of Hyde Park / E. Bridgeport / Bronzeville, joined in the discussions and pointed out to the attendees the value of having a restoration company like SERVPRO available 24/7 for any mold, fire, or water damaging event. They both enjoyed the opportunity to exchange ideas with association board members, and other trade show participants on matters concerning legal, financial services, construction, and more. Preparing for the Chicagoland Cooperator Expo

Patricia Zubricki and her mother Evelyn are preparing materials for the exhibit at the Chicagoland Cooperator Expo on May 18, 2016. The expo is a gathering of cooperative association (Co-op) and homeowners association (HOA) Managers, and Property Managers. The convention will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont on Wednesday, May 18 from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
