The standing water from the groundwater that entered this home in Hyde Park created two separate problems. Water removal to salvage the framing that was under remodel and the final disinfecting and sanitizing of the affected area.

The water from the broken gutter gushed into the low-lying facility. The heavy equipment was removed, and we set up some wet-vacs with expanded hand wands to suction up the standing water and redirect it to the exterior. The demolition was done.
